New Rules for Tournaments

New rules for tournaments that allow participants from sub-worlds as additional participants:

• Kingdom Hearts Worlds now count as Sub-Worlds for tournaments meaning they can have either the normal member count for a world or they can have the normal member count for a world with sub-worlds as dependent of what that tournament allows.
  
• Digimon Sub-Worlds are remaining unchanged. While each Sub-World typically has both a Human World and Digital World, they are still going to be counted as a part of the same Sub-World.
